The place looks great and is extremely quiet and peaceful. They have totally remodeled and everything is new and pleasant. The property owners and Cynthia at Grant's Real Estate have been absolutely wonderful!
What a neat property! It's tucked away, just off the loop and close to everything. The remodeled units are beautiful. New roofs, parking lot, and it looks like all new exterior paint. The new owners have been working non stop for 2 years and have really turned the place around.o
The units feel new and the area is tucked away and peaceful. New owners have done a lot of work cleaning it up.
Apartments are not up to date, roach infested, and have a multitude of issues. The parking lot is filled with potholes. Recently got new owners, so I will change my review if improvements are made
