Unwilling to renovate apartments and WAY overpriced! – The underlying problem is a blindness on the part of management to the very real problems and hazards of the old buildings. The place is literally falling apart. The fireplaces are everywhere, are not very well maintained in general, and inexplicably residents are using them all the time.
