Friendly manager, very helpful in making my decision to live there. Nice grounds and units.
I enjoyed my year lease at Kimberly Park, so much that I recommended a friend to live there as well AND got $250 off one months rent! Jas & Lori in the office were a pleasure to deal with! Maintenance was speedy and I only needed to have them come out 1 time when I first moved in. You cant beat the value & the ample parking here! -Fred
