I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I lived there for 3 years. Month to month lease and the rent goes up about every 4 to 5 months. Its roach infested and during my tenancy it was never sprayed for bugs. The phone number on the sign is never answered. I lived in 140 square feet of living space inital rent \$450 , ending rent \$525, in my search to get where I currently reside I saw nothing less than 450 sq feet for around the same price and Im tremendously happy to be away from that property.
