I trust Manor Moving – In the past, I've used Arthur Werner, Flatrate and Moishe's. Although Manor wasn't the 'fastest' at getting the work done, I'd rather have someone be thorough and careful with my china and crystal, TV and computer and nice furniture than be 'fast.' very bad news – We have read the glowing reviews posted here, but we have just been through a short, seemingly simple move from lower mid-town Manhattan down to the financial district, and we believe that anyone thinking of hiring Manor ought to read this posting. We moved many of His clients and they were all very satisfied with our services, this is why he referred you also. You were not there. 2. Your price was given based on a list you provided our company claiming that it is an accurate list of the boxes you need. The list was off by 20 boxes which our guys had to pack and unpack. 3. Fast and Efficient – We were very happy with the service we received on our move. The guys were fast, organized and efficient. Everything was professionally wrapped and arrived in great condition.
Nice Guys, Great Service – The guys came on time, They wrapped and packed all our items carefully and managed to complete the task in no time. We heard about other people experience and it took us time to make a decisions regariding the company we would like to go with. We made the right decision.
These good greviews aren't real! My exp. is very different! – They broke my desk and damaged other property. Their men (whom I tipped very well) told me "oh, call the boss on monday, he will take care of you." Good cop, bad cop situation until they're out the door. Then I call the boss on monday and guess what he tells me. He doesn't have time to deal with us. he can only pay 30 cents a pound.
