Just the worst in the world. It's rotten all the way up. The super refuses to his job and no amount of complaining to the higher ups works. The only way to get anything done is to file a 311. No hot water for a week, dead rats in the basement, flooded basement, front doors to the street that won't lock, the list goes on and on. No attempt to fix anything. The last straw was when a package was stolen and the person who signed for it - the super. Avoid at all costs.
