This place is a complete rip off. I was about to buy a vehicle and obtained insurance with this company 6/16/2011. I later found that the vehicle was defective, and I did not purchase the vehicle. I contact Walter Nathan at Manor Insurance on 6/17/2011 and was placed on hold for 6 minutes, hung up and called back asked for Mr Nathan again and when he picked up his line he was very rude and stand offish he avoided the question of how my payment would be returned to my bank account.
