Timberlake’s is a terrific restaurant! Everything about it makes for a great time. The ambiance, views, food and service are fantastic. If you are there, ask for Ben as your server. He is so great!
Highly recommend! New chef is prepared a stellar meal start to finish. We ordered from both the St. Paddy’s Day special menu and the standard menu. The potato cabbage corned beef croquettes were amazing. The NC pan seared trout was one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. We finished with bread pudding that was clearly the new Irish Chef’s specialty.
Well, we decided to take a day trip as we always do twice a month. We had never been to Blowing Rock and had heard that it is a awesome place to visit. We packed up the car and headed out. When we arrived in Blowing Rock we were amazed at the Beauty of the area!!! With that in mind we adventured out and saw all the sights and shops. My team and I had our annual retreat at the Chetola. The service was impeccable. Special thanks to all of the servers, bartender, room attendants, banquet team, and the Executive Chef (the food was phenomenal)! Trust me, I will be visiting perhaps in the next two weeks. The property was so nice and tranquil. 5 Stars across the board.
