I have lived here for almost a year, and what people below say has all been taken care of. Yes, there were some issues, like all issues after bad weather. Everyone here is happy and loves it. You could not ask for a better location, or better neighbors. The price may seem a little higher than normal, but you are only a block from the beach, so you should understand that. Sindi is a pleasure to work with and takes care of problems right away. Great location and very friendly neighbors.
They moved me into an apartment with black mold and did not want to move me out of it. They treated me like I was the problem when I asked them to move me into another apartment! The management is awful, you can call them to fix something and they don't come. I could go on and on but basically I would NOT recommend these apartments.
This place is awful. They moved us in a little over a year ago knowing that there was chinese drywall in the apartments and then didn't tell us till they started gutting the place.
