RecommendedWe moved here in Oct of 2018 and love this place so much better then our previous places lived. Friendly faces, responsive office staff, playgrounds for my son, private lake front beach, mail on site, clean trailers. Any repairs we needed were done before moving in and/or addressed as brought up. Have yet to have a parking issue. Dog friendly. I have a pointer and have seen it all from pitbulls to beagles and terriers here. It just feels so much nicer and safer then our previous park in pleasant lake and definitely much more... read more
RecommendedI Love all the staff ! Everybody is soo kind ! I lived here about 15 years ago & it's changed for the better in soo many ways ! It's soo much more peaceful & clean ! When you have a maintenance issue they get it taken care of quickly ! 😊

I applied at Regency Towers on a Wednesday and was told I would get an answer by Friday at the latest. Not only did I not get an answer on Friday, but the staff was virtually unreachable until the following Wednesday when I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone. Dewana answered and very matter of factly stated that I had not been approved. When I asked why all she said was that it had to do with my credit. I have lived at River Raisin Apartment's,almost 6 yrs.this place is a great to live, they make you feel like family.maintenance is the best.and that mean's alot to me.if you want a great place to live,River Raisin Apartment's is a great place!!!!!
