I really enjoy working with the office staff. Aly Is extremely helpful and answers all my questions.
The other day they spent money to pressure wash the pool fence and brick of the clubhouse. Meanwhile, my carpets require raking due to the constant dust that circulates from the HVAC, the appliances are very outdated and there is mold growing in my vents. Not to mention, I have water stains on my ceiling so I know there is a roof leak. Do they do ANY checks on the facilities?
I enjoyed my time living at fox crest. If it’s in the area you are looking for and in your price range I would easily recommend living here. The area the complex is in is nice and peaceful. Maintenance was always quick to respond and the office/ management was kind and seemed to genuinely care about any issues going on.
