I have lived in the Manor Crossing apartments for a couple of years and it is a fantastic place to live. I've lived in the area and most other complexes are run by slumlords who don't care about their tenants (Berger). The Manor Crossing is the opposite. They truly attend to the needs of their tenants. We will never ask for a deposit until after you tour the available apartment with our management for your protection and you can’t expect us to hold an apartment for you without a deposit. My fiancée and I lived here for 2 years. During that time we loved our apartment at Manor Crossing. To start off, this is some of the least expensive housing you will find in the area, but you don't have to sacrifice very much for the extremely reasonable cost. You do have to pay for the laundry machines on the first floor, but that's kind of the biggest sacrifice. I had called Patty from leasing Monday about an available apartment, and at the end of the conversation I had told her I’d like to apply and reserve the apartment. She then told me she’d need me to tour first, but I’d be good for it. We set the tour for Friday and she asked for my cell to send a text confirmation. I never heard back until Friday morning, where I got an email that was about 1 sentence saying the tour was canceled because someone reserved it (ON WEDNESDAY).
