This complex is easily the best one I've ever lived in. The rent is the lowest in the entire area. Rent could easily be upwards of $1,500. Patty is a cool and super nice property manager. There is ALWAYS parking available in here. Doesn't matter how late in the night or early in the morning it is. There are a ton of spots to park in. The maintenance guy is on point fixing or replacing things. Grocery stores and other places to eat are super close. Downtown West Chester is within jogging distance. I have lived here for a year and can only say I have had a great experience. Patty is always responsive and easy to communicate with. Any issues were handled quickly and the property is well maintained. Totally recommend to others!!

I've lived here for 11 years, and the apartment atmosphere is very pleasant. I congratulate the manager, Patty, for her excellent work and effort; she's very polite and kind. I like the new improvements to the apartment, including the new locks. I love the security they offer, and the quality of the apartments is incredible. The neighbors are friendly, and the environment is safe.
