Manor at Broad has nice amenities. But poor professionalism from the Leasing Manager Terrain Watts, the regional manager and management company. The management company is trying to force Seniors to pay their rent online using their bank routing and account numbers. They pretended like to offer the Seniors different ways to pay, such as paying at a local grocery store, or with debit card which Seniors will have to pay high processing fees that they could use toward other high bills. I shared a review 11months ago about this facility well I've since moved out, and I only received a partial security deposit refund, with no explanation just a check of the refund, so I reached out to the office manager Dana asking why I was only receiving a partial refund, she said that the Owner of the complex said I would have to dispute this issue, which I did in writing over a month ago and needless to say I haven't heard anything back from Owners OR Management, Talking about BAD COSTMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST!!!
