I wish I met this person before. I don't know where this person gets his passion and eagerness to help clients and close realtor deals. Just an FYI, most of the bay area realtors are fast and rude. If you are looking for homes below a certain value and if that's not meeting their commission $$$ then they simply don't even care, and end of discussion.
