I found Dr Duggal to be a kind, professional who explained what was happening with my defibrillator and what had to be done. He explained my choices and the pros and cons involved. His office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel as comfortable as possible getting ready for surgery.
He works out of Resurrection Hospital. I found Dr. Duggal to be very odd. He was not on his game for many of our office visits, and did not have a good follow up with prescriptions either. He had poor office interaction with us, and when I compared notes on his recommendations for my significant other's AFib care with my Cardiologist at Northwestern Memorial, he was prescribing procedures/medications she did not recommend for AFib.
