This guy is an absolute scam artist who scammed my mother into signing a contract where she was forced to use him as a real estate agent and refused to let her try other options. What kind of business practice is that? He refused to let her view homes she was interested in and took weeks to put in offers on homes she was interested in and gave us every bs excuse as to why. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my first-time home buyer experience with Manoj. I believe that he misled both my fiancé and me into purchasing a home that was not worth the price. Additionally, he was unwilling to negotiate on any of the issues with the property, such as the lack of double-glazed doors and windows and the cracked door frame that prevented it from opening properly.
