Worst haircut I've ever gotten, and that's saying something. Told them I was attached to my length and wanted my wispy bangs trimmed slightly. Overall, my hair is 3 inches shorter with layers I did not ask for or want and my bangs are cut straight across to look like Frodo. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I now have to wear headbands for the next year. Wish I had continued to cut my hair at home.

Grace, sorry that you feel you did not get the service you desired. I spoke with the stylist that gave you the haircut. She says you asked for the whispies cut off so she did that which could have been 3 inches. Then she barely trimmed the bangs. You asked for it to be angled around your face which she did. As for any layers, she barely trimmed the broken pieces but did not add any layers. We always strive to make our guests happy. I've been going to Brittany for about a year and I am never disappointed! She did a balayage on my brunette hair, and it came out great! I took care of it and there was little damage despite all of the bleaching. Brittany knows how to color hair and maintain length. I went back to get my hair dyed blue a few months later, and she flawlessly executed the "mermaid" look, while working on my already bleached hair. I got a hilariously awful haircut at a different salon. It was so bad. I came in and saw Brittany, who turned my choppy uneven mess into an actual hair style I could live with. Thank you for being awesome! (And sharing in the humor of my terrible haircut)
