I have been seeing Dr Kim for several years now. I just returned from my session with Dr Kim. I went in today with agonizing, lower back pain due to heavy construction work this past week. After receiving therapeutic adjustments and the most advanced, ultrasound therapy machine to my lower back, I was amazed of its effectiveness and I realized I almost forgot what it felt like to not have back pain. This review is for the receptionist. I went for my appointment on a Friday which was scheduled on a Monday. When I got there I found out I wasn’t even scheduled for the Friday but was scheduled for a Saturday instead. I told her I spoke to a Sasha to schedule my appointment which she said was her and that she had no recollection of the appointment. The receptionist was a young girl in her 20’s.
