Manny was awesome to work with. We were out of state purchasers and were only able to come meet with him for a week. Although we didn’t find anything we were able to show him and tell him what we wanted. Over the next few months Manny did a zoom walkthrough at the houses we found interesting. He gave us his narrative and opinion on the properties based on our previous conversations. We finally decided on a house based solely on Manny’s opinion and the video walk through and pictures. Manny was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made every effort to find us a home we would love and was very patient with us every step of the way. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help us research and schedule local businesses for quotes to help with making realistic negotiations.
