We have rented a unit for 5 plus years. Our unit has been broken into once (this happens to the best of locations). But today, while our staff was at the unit, an unhoused person, threw their bike over the fence, jumped the fence and proceeded to stand next to our staff and stare them down with a knife for several minutes, before going about his business (it appears he may be sleeping at the location). We have attempted to call the office no less than 7 times to report the issue, but haven't been successful in reaching anyon... read more
