I have been using Mann's Hitches for more than 20 years. Each new car goes to Mann's for bike rack/hitch installation. They are always helpful, courteous, friendly and never consider a job complete until I have been satisfied. I especially appreciate Chad's "customer first" approach. It's all in the name baby! Mann's is the man!! Short notice, one day turnaround on my neglected boat trailer that's been parked in the weeds for 8 years. I showed up late, Chadd came back to the office and set me up with only what was needed. Somehow frame and coupler we're solid. Really appreciate the honest breakdown thorough review without the extras I didn't need. Even shined her up and fixed the lights and dressed the cabling at no charge. Mann's is one of the gems we're all looking for!
