I did not end up having my trailer hitch serviced here. I called for a quote and, at their request, emailed a simple diagram, parts list, and photos of the hitch. The person I spoke with agreed to provide a quote, but I never received a response. After two additional phone follow-ups, I was finally told I would need to bring the hitch in for an estimate. I wish that had been communicated from the start - it would have saved me considerable time and effort.

My truck's hitch assembly was bent downward. Broadstroke in Snohomish referred me to this company. My truck was taken as soon as I arrived, and the assembly was quickly repaired. I was advised of precautions in hauling heavier loads, and I was assured that my usual loads were safe. I asked what I owed, but the man helping me shook my hand and said there would be no charge. The reviews of this company are uniformly outstanding, and I share them. Thank you!

Out of town with trailer light failure, these guys took it in, found the problem on the car side, fixed that and sent us on the road better than new! Fast, courteous, professional, and thorough with reasonable prices.

I had a small job of cutting steel landscape edging, but the pieces were too big for me to get to the shop. Chad sent out Sergio to my house and he cut it in 5 mins and they did not charge me! I still can’t believe it - it was so generous. This isn’t the first time we’ve had them do work for us and it certainly won’t be the last.

Fantastic experience. They squared away the stubborn brakes on my boat trailer that I just couldnt get to bite. They had them fixed up in no time and just at the min labor charge. Excellent communication and friendly, trustworthy service. Thanks Chadd!
