Mann's said we needed a whole new a/c unit at a cost of $4000. So we called Jones for a second opinion and they found a minor refrigerant leak which only costed a few hundred to fix. When we called Mann's back to question them, they got really defensive and the OWNER got really crappy with us. We wanted the diagnostic fee removed because they misdiagnosed us and she wouldn't.
