I have a written letter stating that the shop people would have ordered specific flowers by a certain date/time. Upon arriving during the pick-up window, they sheepishly admitted to not having them when asked about it. Communication could be improved or better yet, call the shop in Tide Head — they'll at least answer it on the first try and likely be able to accommodate your requests better.
Great service and friendly staff. Always willing to help out and they have a great selection
This flower shop consistently delivers top-quality work. Their arrangements are elegant, well-balanced, and thoughtfully designed. The team is friendly, reliable, and truly passionate about what they do. It’s a pleasure to support a local business that clearly takes pride in excellence.
Très agréable expérience. À l écoute du besoin exprimé, respect du besoin exprimé et satisfaction du besoin exprimé. Très belle expérience vécue a cet endroit. Un accueil respectueux de la langue de communication du client. Je recommande.
