He did an appraisal on my father in laws house in Gheens, and my wife had to call his office twice because he listed it as a 4 bedroom house and it was a 3 bedroom house and then he added the carport as the living area of the house. The appraisal had to be corrected twice and brought the value of the house down 13,000. We got Benoit’s appraisal to come out after Manno and got it reappraised and the appraisal was more than Manno appraised it for. I have no confidence in his service.
As a person he is very friendly but the appraisal took longer than quoted on multiple occasions and delayed our closing.
Prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable service. Answered all questions we had in a courteous manner. Experience from the beginning to completion was very efficient. Very likely to recommend to family, friends, and others who need an appraisal.
Very low appraisal, not polite, missed items that were not listed on appraisal. Would not referral to anyone.
