Extremely rude receptionist, keep putting me on hold when it was my turn...arrogant answer when complained about it, not a welcoming attitude.

I don’t recall ever writing a google review, however after this experience, I definitely have to. I have been going to a podiatrist in the Western Suburbs for the past 5 years, every 6-8 weeks for maintenance and never had an issue, nor had to go in earlier than 6-8 weeks.
