Dr. Manning clearly loves his work and helping children. He went out of his way to help our family. He is incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him.

We were referred by our school's Learning Specialist for a Learning Disability assessment with Dr. Manning. We learned so much through the process about how or daughter learns and ways that we and the school can help her. Dr. Manning was not only kind but very professional and thorough.
Extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy. I reached out to Dr. Manning to do an evaluation for an IQ test for my daughter required by a school admissions. Dr. Manning responded back and confirmed an appointment. We went there and waited for 20 minutes. No one showed up. I tried to reschedule thinking it may be human error and Dr. Manning gave me another time. He even confirmed a night before the next morning's appointment. Same thing.
