The doctor is very attentive to detail, the location is convienent and clean. The staff make scheduling appointments easy! We rarly have to wait and everyone if very loving and gentle with my child who has dental anxiety. We highly recommend Dr. Pratt.

If you go to this office you are making a huge mistake. The work is always done fast and crappy and everything breaks. When you have an issue the doctor refuses to talk with you and ignores you.

I am sorry you fell this way. I am one of the few orthodontists who sits down and works on my patients. Most orthodontists allow their staff to do everything. We strive to have an open clinic where there is no door between the waiting room and the patient area, and all parents are both welcome and encouraged to come to the clinic during their child's treatment to speak with me about any questions or concerns.
Dr. Pratt and Staff are wonderful. Very professional and very caring. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
