Today is 2/23/2013. On 2/9/2013 I purchases a guitar and case from Manning Music. In a separate purchase I ordered and prepaid for a Beginners DVD. On 2/22/13 I went to Manning to pick it up. I did not have my receipt and was told I had not prepaid. I told him I had in prepaid for the DVD and that I had forgotten my receipt.
