We hired manning to do our home inspection, but he failed to inspect the most obvious items such as a rotted window, defective refrigerator (which costs close to $10K to replace due to its size), and leaky sink. His poor work has cost us over $30K to fix. He is incompetent and I would not recommend him to anyone!
