I like the clinic especially the Dr.’s but sometimes staff can be rude or non-helpful. What frustrates me how hard it is to be seen when a child gets sick over the weekend or overnight, because ohhh no they do not take walk-in visits. Ok I understand ,so how soon could my child be seen because he couldn’t even get up of how sick he’s feeling? Speaking to front desk and/or scheduling is not easy. Love all staff
The doctors are fantastic, I’ve been bringing my son here since he was born. The front staff however is absolutely HORRIBLE. Trying to call and schedule an appointment or get shot records is a horrible experience. Ridiculous that pediatric staff can be so rude. I was hung up on today by the receptionist after sitting on hold for a while and I still had questions. I can’t believe they treat patients and clients this way. UNREAL.
They need to have a cero star, this people have no respect at all for kids health or people time. Don’t let your kids health under this selfish and careless people canceling appointments without previous notification when takes more than a month waiting for it, knowing that you need to have a letter for school and my kid need the shots. The worst costumer service ever and the receptionist transfer calls to nobody just to let you hung up on the phone waiting for nothing.
Dr T.Schwartzlow has been amazing...My children said he's great and easy to talk to definitely a plus..all questions and concerns are addressed each visit. The staff is friendly always feel at home and no long wait period
