My 15 year old cousin Joseph died in this hospital , they refused to let his immediate family see him at his final moments . His grandmother and siblings were not allowed to go up to see him. I understand having rules but in these type of situations they really need to understand how hard it may be for a mother to see her child dying on top of dealing with family not being able to come be by his side. Losing him was devastating, and the circumstances surrounding his final hours have been incredibly difficult for our family to process.
