I have been trying to make an appointment for months now only to be passed around from person to person. Each one has different information and I am told that someone will call me. I have never received a phone call and still have no resolution or an appointment scheduled

horrible and incompetent and if you don't agree with their incompetence they call dcfs on you my 2 year old son had a 2 year old accident and during his treatment there these people said one thing and did another they said it wasn't safe for him to swallow anything because he was aspirating and he needed a ng tube but then to put in the tube shot medicine down his throat that he aspirated on then when I objected they did it anyway and asked the doctor why if it was unsafe he said he didn't know why that happened really then ... read more

Doctor was high on something n tried to tell me my baby needed to see a brain specialist cuz he woke her up out her sleep shined a light in her eyes and claim he didn’t like the way her pupils looked. He refused to come back in the room and sent another doctor to tell me what his recommendations were. My baby had a simple 24hr stomach bug just needed nausea medication and some fluids from being dehydrated from throwing up continuously.
