If you're looking for an engineering firm, definitely go with Manning Engineering. Bruce, Dulce, and Heide were lifesavers. They were completely on top of everything and super responsive whenever I had a question. The best part is how affordable they are, especially given how reliable the work is. Review for Manning Engineer. I have to add what makes Manning Engineer different (Mr. Bruce in particular) is that he is motivated to help in adverse situations. He took on the responsibility of another planner and overpaid planner. As with my project, which had already stalled due to a miscalculation by my previous planner, he took on a project that had already begun, coordinated with the city inspector to make his calculations precise and accurate, and got it approved on the first revision.
