Have gone to Mannie and Bo's many times over the years. Never did i have bad service or bad food. There has been a time or two when a mistake was made with an order. The problem was solved immediately. The waitresses and waiters have always been a joy to help me. I have recommended the pizzeria to any body that asks for a good pizza place. Wow, I can see I'm not the only one who has received very poor customer service from this horrible place! I did not receive what I ordered via delivery and the owner (yeah, that's right - the owner!) not only did not offer to make it right but said I should listen better next time they read my order back and when I said that's not good customer service, he said "Too bad" and actually hung up on me!! Crappy customer service and even crappier pizza. They seriously don't care about the customer. (or return business) I was, in fact, told so by the whiny punk, Devin R. who fought with me on the phone. His insistence that he was right and I was wrong was completely the wrong way to handle a customer. "I don't care about your pizza, I'm only here for my job." This place is lousy. The owners do not care about customer satisfaction or delivering a product you would want. Delivery was way late and both pizzas were cold and smashed. We called to complain and the owner's wife freaked. The only option she gave was to return the whole pies for a refund or return the whole pies for replacement-- but they were on an hour to an hour and a half wait! The service was poor and the pizza was greasy. But, when we brought it to the attention of the owners wife, there was more confusion as she became defensive and hysterical. There was no accountability. Customer satisfaction was impossible. We will not eat here ever again.
Worst customer service I have ever received dinning out. Owners and waitress very rude. Waited for an hour for our food decided to leave. Was told by owner never to come back. I hope everyone reads the reviews of these people and stays far away. People as rude as this will eventually have no customers.

Dan, you got kicked out b/c you caused a scene screaming & cursing in our restaurant in front our other patrons w/ kids. App order was delivered in 13 min & dinner order 35 min later. 48 min total @ 6:30 on Friday night when we're packed w/152 patrons & 11 parties on a wait list. To cause a scene like that? No one else complains. We aren't packed every night b/c of bad customer service or bad food. You need to exercise common sense when you come to a packed restaurant on a Fri night.
Terrible Customer Service and Greasy Food – Holy cow, does this situation sound familiar or what? This is completely false. Cut it out already. Both owners are there day & night and this did not happen at all as you state! The first bad review you left which I commented on about what really happened must have pissed you off enough to repeat this story all over the net. Anyone who comes in to our restaurant knows this would NEVER have gone down as you claim. EVER. Give it up already.
Management is Rude. – The management is rude. If you want proof, look at the responses to their customers on any of these review websites: any customer that has a problem at their restaurant is a liar and is berated for posting a negative comment. That seems to be the case in-house too, where it seems that the customer is never right. I like the food and the servers, but I will not be returning based on the attitude.

Jenna, Not knowing what happened I can't comment on your experience but I want to address the comments on the review sites. We're here all the time & interact w/ everyone so we know the circumstances these customers commented on. Tto our knowledge, they're blown out of proportion. We're not rude. We're trying not to be taken advantage of. Everyday someone tries to scam us in some way. It's not easy being a small biz in this day & age.
Management has poor table side manners – On a recent visit one of our calazones came out with a greasy red liquid running out all over the plate. I could not believe Bo's tableside manner as he came from the kitchen touching the inside ingredients and stated "I will not make you another" then threw the plate on the table. Even the other customers were silenced by his behavior. Beware of the calazone Nazi!

You ordered a 'zone with FRESH MEATBALL. Our meatball goes in the 'zone raw. Some grease does cook into it. When you cut it open, it seeps red b/c THERE'S RED SAUCE IN THE 'ZONE. We explained this to you but you insisted the mb was raw. Impossible. We cook the 'zone for 25 min in 450 oven! How can it be RAW?
