Worst experience ever. I booked my tickets with Maan travels for India in July and in August the airlines changed part of my itinerary, for the past two months ive been trying to get in touch with the Maan travels team to get the tickets fixed or get a refund if they cant help. I keep getting told that someone from the team will call me “same day” or in the next “24-48 hours” but no one calls me and no resolve has been provided.I have now been told that not to expect a call… See more
Anyone can go to AAVacations and book a trip. Carianne: Your role is to help when there are issues. This is the business you are in. You called me and somehow had the audacity to mention you not getting a day off when we are panicking trying to get home due to an emergency. You ended it by saying “wish you the best” and didn’t once offer to jump in and call American Airlines. Do not book with this agency.. they failed to issue a full refund after our trip was cancelled due to COVID.. They cancelled this trip, we had no control over it. I have taken legal action in an effort to receive our refund.. Book with someone reputable

My husband & I recently celebrated our anniversary by taking a cruise during Christmas. This would be our second cruise so I knew what to expect. One of the things I dreaded was the long process of getting on and off the ship. I have a rare autoimmune disease and have some physical limitations. Been trying to get some travel ideas from one of their employees, but he seems to have fortune again. Has checked in a few times saying he was sick, got busy, etc. I’m still waiting on information.....
Was more than a little disappointed at the level of service given by our agent. No response to inquiries, lied to about a credit, still not getting answers. Looks like our group may have to call management to try to get resolution.
We loved our trip to Hawaii! Corrine is the best! We can’t wait to book another trip�
