I hired Mann Roofing to replace a significant number of trim and fascia boards on our home that were rotting and then to paint the whole exterior in a three-color scheme. There were also some other incidental items they fixed on the exterior. Suren was great to work with and always kept me informed of what was going on and when. Suren did a great job resurfacing my deck. We didn’t need a brand new entire deck, just some new planks and tops of arm rails. For a very fair price, they were able to complete the project in a day and a half and I was placed on the schedule within 2 days of reaching out to him. Excited to paint and stain later!
We chose Mann Roofing to completely refinish a basement that had extensive prior water damage - new framing, walls, ceiling, floor, and all new electrical, plus a significant staircase upgrade. Before and After photos of custom installation of a wall entertainment unit. Suren and his team were top notch! The installation process was completed in the timeframe quoted, ready for some Buckeye football to be watched. The worksite was clean and tidy at the end of each work day. **UPDATE** I had to spend over $15,000 fixing suren's mistakes. Avoid this company at all costs!! Some companies take pride in their work and try to do a good job. Others disregard quality and safety just to save a buck. Unfortunately mann roofing & construction falls into the latter category. Regrettably, I hired this company to remodel my kitchen and replace a gas fireplace. After confronting suren about the unsafe electrical wiring and insulation he 'accidentally' removed from my fireplace before installing, he promptly w... read more
