I'm kind of a big baby about the dentist, but Dr. Mann and his staff were great with me.
Slow service, don't value customer time
I had a tooth pulled and it was hurting so I called Dr.Mann's pager. He said he pulled up a prescription report and it showed i got a 30 day supply on 9/11. I tried to tell him it wasnt me but he basically made me feel like he thought i was lying to him. Called my pharmacist and he said theres nothing on the report. Due diligence. Fact check before you accuse someone of something. I called the receptionist and she is very, very rude.
Dr Mann and Ashley are awesome. Best dentist in town.
Rudest receptionist I've ever encountered! Called to the window and chewed out by Melissa. Informed by her to lie to my 10 year old about getting shots during dental work. I don't lie to my kids and try to trick them. Refused access to him when I pleaded with her if there was a problem I needed to get back there. Dr Mann refused to answer any questions.But that's ok, I found out what I needed to know through insurance and what him and his dental technician did. Etc, etc, etc.....
