I had a appointment at the Hagerstown office yesterday. It was the worst EVER. Dr. Kelly refused to do any exam for my Gout, She refused to clip my to nails unless i gave her $50, She then refused to shave a Callous unless I gave her $35. It seemed like she did not want to do anything. I feel like this is a gimmick and there really is no Doctor there
These Doctors treated my Mom for several years. They did amazing taking care of her and their staff were always very nice and professional.

However the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. To be fair we did show up a day late for the appointment but I didn’t see the need to be treated so badly.
