The entire staff was great, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the lens replacement I'm delighted to be able to see normally again.

Had an appointment at 1:20pm, arrived 1:12pm to check in.. sat til 2pm in lobby no urgency to get me in for my appointment that was at 1:20pm.. had to get back to work as I still hadn’t even been called back for my general contact exam. Will not be coming back.
Very helpful front desk staff and technicians. Joan Martinez is a pleasure to work with. He was patient with my mother. I had to translate for her during our visit and he never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge.
