Everyone was very polite and professional. Was in and out with a new prescription and glasses ordered in under 45 minutes. Dr. Binder was skilled and helpful. Savannah and Sandra were quick to get me set up and taken care of. Carrie Mathiason was able to help me find a pair of glasses I liked and have the paper work taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Was a pleasant experience overall.
First time patient and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely friendly. Shoutout to Sandra, Savannah, Janie and Carrie for making me fell welcomed!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in, check in counter and the assistant that helps prior to the doctor coming inside the room. Dr Binder is very nice, he listens to the patient and is very thorough I always enjoy my visits.
