I made appt for routine hearing exam. I checked in for a routine hearing exam. Filled ot medical history/part of paperwork. One question I answered that I had tinnitus. They changed the reason for my visit to complaint of tinnitus and instead of $0 copays it became $95. When I questioned it I was told I had to go to walmart for a routine hearing exam.
