Scum bag dealership… who threw every excuse they could. Scheduled a battery replacement service for $259.95 online that included the battery and labor charges all in one. This ACDelco gold battery cost $175 pretty standard at most dealerships to include the Lafayette GMC. The additional $85 packed into this service is the labor fees and installation costs FOR A BATTERY install. We agreed to pay that knowing $85 is quite a large cost associated with a battery install when most places will install the battery completely for fr... read more

We were in town visiting family, when we had some issues with engine lights coming on and other things not working as they should.
