Top to bottom it was nice and easy working with Dave Mann!! I live a distance from this Dealership and the above and beyond service to make the buying unbelievably smooth and dare I say...Pleasant was refreshing. I highly recommend talking with them! Jake in the service department was very helpful, kind, and professional! I called looking for a specific car part and Jake made sure to check inventory before I made the 35 minute drive there from Lafayette. Jake also squeezed me in super last minute even after informing me they typically prefer appointments, so I was very grateful to receive same-day service. Had my vehicle for 2 wks. Poor communication and I had to call and check on car progress. I had to help with warranty and talk with adjuster. Promised car today and no call or update.
