Apparently a mechanic by the name of Blake Pressler who works here thinks it’s funny to make fun of customers deceased children because they are black . SMH I am disgusted . He needs to be fired
The parts department is very professional. How ever the sevice department is not trustworthy. I took my vehicle in for repair and while there a part on my vehicle was damaged and they refused to own up to it and now I have to fix it myself. They lost my business do to an ambient sensor that they broke while inspecting what needed done. Then charged me $380 up front for parts. That should never happen. My next vehicle will come from elsewhere. Repairs as well.
My truck has only ever seen dealer service, and every dealership has been consistent in the service. Then I moved to Delphi, IN. $125+ for a advertised $90 service, okay, I can let that slide, once. However, when they tell me all my rotors are warped, and my pads are down to 4mm thickness, and quote $650+, only to see for myself that neither the rotors are warped nor the pads are thin (almost brand new, installed less than 2 years ago).
