My husband had a double bypass on 2022 by another surgeon and his heart continued to weaken. We were referred to Dr. BHULLAR’s office 3 years ago and he was a godsend. This January he did a heart repair procedure that saved my husband’s life. I will tell anyone who needs a cardiologist to see Dr. Manminder Bhullar.
I truly thank Dr. Bhullar! He is excellent! However, the staff is not. I’ve called 3-4 times today. On one call, in mid sentence, I was transferred without being told I was being transferred. Unacceptable! FMLA paperwork was submitted and there is a timeline for them to be turned in. I can’t seem to get in contact with the persons in charge. No one is returning my calls at all. Dr Bullar may be a good doctor, but this clinic is poorly managed. How is it possible to be 2 hours behind schedule at 2:00pm. At least be honest about how long it takes to process patients and schedule appropriately instead of making people wait 2 hours due to poor time management.
