I truly thank Dr. Bhullar! He is excellent! However, the staff is not. I’ve called 3-4 times today. On one call, in mid sentence, I was transferred without being told I was being transferred. Unacceptable! FMLA paperwork was submitted and there is a timeline for them to be turned in. I can’t seem to get in contact with the persons in charge. No one is returning my calls at all. This office consists of long wait times and useless staff. If it wasn’t for the doctor, I wouldn’t return to this office.
Dr Bullar may be a good doctor, but this clinic is poorly managed. How is it possible to be 2 hours behind schedule at 2:00pm. At least be honest about how long it takes to process patients and schedule appropriately instead of making people wait 2 hours due to poor time management.
I wanted to take a moment after a challenging year to thank Dr. Bhullar for taking on my health challenges at the beginning of 2024. I found myself at Fresno hospital with an undiagnosed problem and was sitting in the ER by the elevator with what Fresno hospital thought may have been a heart attack. Dr. Bhullar was the cardiologist in the rotation at Fresno hospital and visited me sitting on my gurney. They schedule you appointments make you wait over an hour don't see you and then tell you come back on another day schedule you to be the first person there with your appointment scheduled you'll be in but then they make you wait and never see you don't go here they don't do their jobs
