Dr. Bains is an excellent health care provider. She answers all questions you have and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out the answer to your question and get back to you quickly. Dr. Bains is very caring her patient well being is always her concern. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

Great listener and very knowledgeable. Will help or refer you to someone who can., Such as specialist. Very personable and doesn't rush you. Explains everything in a way you can understand. Very helpful and compassionate.
Dr. Blains is always patient and professional. I’m a senior citizen and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain all test results in detail. She does not rush the session. She explains everything, how medications interact, what test results really mean and she uses terms that are easy to understand. I have been her patient for 6 years and would recommend her to anyone. She is the best!

I’ve been a patient for 10+ years and Dr.Baines has always been very nice and attentive. She listens to your concerns and needs as well as making sure you are not worried about anything. She goes above and beyond
Dr. Bains remembers information from my previous visits and she truly listens to my concerns. She makes me feel like she is interested in my well-being.
Rushed appointment,rude and uncaring. Disregarded questions and did not explain follow ups at all. Untrustworthy and quite inept. Habitually unsatisfactory as a doctor.
