Dr. Chan is very professional and such a nice lady. She have been my doctor for years and If you are from overseas like me, looking for a proper GP that you can only find in your country, she is the answer. The lower reviews they got are so unfair but you can easily see they were made by Karens and does not say anything about her professional approach. Her brother at the reception is a real gent.
The old asian female doctor is unprofessional. If you are a male with blue eyes and brown hair, she will treat you very nicely. It was so disgusting how she looked at my boyfriend.🤢
Pearl is such a lovely doctor. And very helpful. Have been going to her clinic for probably 20 years really genuine and caring and always so warm. She was my fourth attempt to find a doctor I liked in Manly.
I was told last minute that I needed to wear a mask (something I didn’t have as I’d already left the house, and they don’t supply them like many clinics do), and what should have been a civil conversation turned into the reception staff and Dr Chan raising their voice at me, telling me “just go to the mini mart and buy one!”.
