UPDATE! Another provider there has sent down 2 days worth of meds. Thank you so much. You are a God send. Hopefully, Maria does her job soon. UPDATE! THIS IS SO HURTFUL TO MY MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING. Feel very down. My Dr who is suppose to be there for me just doesn't seem to care at all. We have had nothing but horrible experiences with these people. The first therapist my roommate spoke to talked down to him, at the first meeting, to the point of tears. We scheduled to see a different person. The absolute fool of a receptionist gave us the wrong date. Ok, reschedule. We get a call today, oopsie! They scheduled it wrong AGAIN. And this is a mental help facility? They should be shut down. Completely and totally incompetent.
They were nice, but their offices were non responsive when asking for call backs. I didn't want to drive 40 mins just to pay a bill and they would never return messages. Heard good things before I went there, dont recommend if you do not live in Rapid city.
