Receptionist is rude and unwelcoming nearly every time I Come. Definitely thinking about a new provider simply because of the awful receptionists.
I have been coming here on and off for more than five years even back when it was Manlove clinic. I come here because they are the only game in town that sometimes has openings, but I am going to be very direct. Reminders for appointments are hit or miss they either spam the crap out of your phone with both texts and voicemails or they literally say nothing.
