They were nice, but their offices were non responsive when asking for call backs. I didn't want to drive 40 mins just to pay a bill and they would never return messages. Heard good things before I went there, dont recommend if you do not live in Rapid city.

You guys know what you did to me. I told you what I wanted. Months after going in and getting my bill higher and higher. You then tell me you won't be helping me. All because I smoke medical cannibis. I told you that the first day I was there. I went to you for help. But now I'm lower than I was before.
