Lindsey Hansen is amazing. She listens to what you have to say and keeps you very involved in your course of treatment. She always checks in to make sure things are on track and always makes herself available. Lindsey is caring and understanding. I feel lucky she is helping me through this time in my life. This is the worst place right now. They've changed their policies a lot, making it harder for customers. The doctor I was seeing no longer works there, and I was supposed to have my refills for three months, but they didn't. To get my medication, I had to schedule another appointment in a month. They're just playing with people's time and have no control over anything.
Had mostly good experiences over the years here. Many good providers! However, experience with one particular provider was awful (that's putting it kindly.) I expressed this concern, but never received any follow-up. For that reason, I would not recommend seeing them as it seems they don't take patient concerns seriously at all!
