I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my 21-year-old daughter received at Mankato Volkswagen’s service department. She brought her vehicle in for a routine oil change and to have her key fob and Volkswagen app synced to her phone so she could use features like remote start and vehicle location. Instead of being treated with courtesy and respect, she was met with hostility.
