I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and today’s VW Atlas purchase was the smoothest and fastest transaction I’ve ever had. We drove down from the cities. No pressure, nothing but kindness and left feeling like I got a great deal. Kyle B is the man! He took the time to get to know us and made sure we knew about all the features on the car before we left. Beyond pleased.
Really unpleasant experience with this dealership and definitely can say the worst dealership of Mankato. We went to see two used vehicles which were showing available on their website as well as they both were present on their inventory lot. Sales person confirmed the same however when she went inside to get the keys for trials she also had some discussion with branch manager, then she came out and told us that both vehicles has been sold. Last time come to this place.
I’m an out of state buyer and I called and got connected with Kyle. He sent photos of the car answered all of my questions and had very fair pricing on the VW Atlas and extended warranty options. Even delivery to where I am in WI was included in the price! Unfortunately we ended up paying a bit more and buying locally. Can't say enough good things about this dealer. Made my MK8 R buying process smooth as butter. The sales staff (Kyle) and Finance team was a pleasure to work with. I've bought and sold close to 46 cars in my lifetime and this was probably the best experience I've had thus far. No BS and kept their word on all instances. Also did not incredibility low ball me on my trade which is pretty rare. I fully understand car sales is a business and they need to make money, but not at the price of the customer.
