Weve lived here a couple of years and have been very happy here. The people are good. Its a nice place to live. Its close to the hospital and everything we need. We have no complaints about the place or the people at all.
After viewing the apt I filled out the forms for a backround check and gave them money to process the backround checks. Two days later I get a call saying they have a problem with the availability. So I called back and asked what the problem was. They said it had nothing to do with me, it was the unit. When I viewed it, it was empty nearly, and NO ONE else had submited papers to rent yet. As of 9/25/07 I would say they have a very good building manager/maintenance guy. Building is kind of old, doesnt have good ventilation in the bathrooms, control over heat and air is limited, and my toilets arent the best. Id say their biggest problem though is the non-local management and accounting. On the plus side there are a lot of kind people living there, it is secure, is in a nice location, and the two bedroom apartments have nice big windows (they may leak some though). This apartment managemnet is never available. They demand that you meet them to sign the lease and then dont show. If youtry to get a repair done they are unreachable.trying to get incontact with them is difficult, time consuming and frustrating. The ontrance way to the aprtment is filthy.
