Great doctor, great staff. We need more of these places.
I strongly recommend thoroughly reading every review and exploring alternative clinics before considering this one. I initially had assessments completed in April (it is now July), which I was required to pay for out-of-pocket—even after confirming in advance that my insurance would cover the services. I was told I would be reimbursed after the clinic billed my insurance. Nearly three months later, they have yet to submit the claim. I’ve made numerous follow-up calls. Would not recommend to anyone. I think some of the people here shouldn't be therapists. Genuinely, this isn't a good field for them. The therapist I saw here was extremely unprofessional; they would always be 5-10 minutes late (wouldn't bother apologizing) and then would always end early. Sometimes they'd write emails in the middle of our sessions. Our sessions were unhelpful and unproductive. He was a wonderful DR. I went to Dr. Coursal for over a year. I am in a better place than I have ever been. I think if u let him help u and want to get help you have to make the changes. He can't make the changes for u or your changes. But it takes alot of work from both and especially the patient if they try.
The therapist I was working with took naps while we were meeting. She also just sat there, not saying a word. Never referred to her previous notes. Because of that, I never moved forward. Was a total waste of my time.
