Derek in the service department is the best. I got an email that said I had a recall on my car. (Nothing major they just needed to fix my keys.) So if I brought the car in I'd get a complimentary oil change also. I don't have a printer or a cell phone so when I made the appointment I forwarded the email to Derek.
